Query by Ws32: Are there ratings for digital cameras’ LCD screen RESOLUTION?

Most cameras give a specification for the quantity of pixels used for the lcd on the back. Divide this by the screen area and the camera with the increased amount has the far better resolution.

Yes, and it is given as an “A x B” number. I have a Canon G10 – it has a 920,000 pixel resolution (I think). Usually the higher the resolution the better.

More pixels= finer images. Simple as that.
